Directions: SHAMPOO: Gently massage onto wet skin to cleanse. Leave on skin for 1-2 minutes before rinsing clean with warm water. This is a cream-based shampoo and may not produce much foam. CONDITIONER: Use after shampooing, apply evenly onto wet hair and leave on for 1-2 minutes, rinse out with warm water.
